Dependable Plumbing

The plumber showed up on time, called us before arriving, and finished the work promptly. They have always been polite and professional. We would recommend them highly.

The first visit was an A+! The technician was super super helpful, friendly, professional and did an amazing job. I did have to chase down HSA to get them to follow up, we wound up needing some toilets replaced. I was at work for the follow up visit and there have been zero problems since, my only issue was we have small children and the new set of toilets they installed were a few inches taller and have made potty training a little more precarious, I did wish they had contacted us about what type/size we could have had installed with in the range that our home warranty would have allowed. Out side of that one communication issue they were great!

Charles has performed several repairs for us. He is polite, on time, and his fees are reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone.

It went great. I think they are reasonably priced and courteous of my home. For example, they wore the booties on their feet. I recommend this company to others.

Charles has been taking care of all plumbing needs for several years. We went with him after he started his own company. He is very reliable and show up when he says he will. He calls when he is on the way and never leaves any mess. He will inform you of items that may need replacement in the future BUT never pushs anything on you in a sales pitch.
