Davidson Home Improvements

Mr. Davidson (Jake) is new to Springfield from Indiana so we were a bit nervous about hiring him. He was readily available and didn't charge us for going out to the lake so we gave him a try. We couldn't have had a better experience! He exhibits a great work ethic and we feel he got much more done by himself in the same amount of time that we had paid  two guys we had used before on another project ! We were pleasantly surprised by his knowledge and suggestions that saved us money. We are a bit conservative (tightwad is a better description) and want the best we can get for the buck. Jake understood our needs quite well and even used his own time to shop around for needed building materials. The floors look beautiful and the drywall and professional painting were better than we actually expected. He took one room at a time and stayed with that room until it was finished. This guy is not a slacker or time waster. The only part of the job he needed help with was hanging 4x8 sheets of wood siding and he took care of this without bothering us with it except of course we had a small amount of added labor expense.   He was able to complete our electrical, plumbing, drywall and flooring needs. He took some very ugly kitchen cabinets and refurbished them and they look great. I don't ever comment on folks but he was exceptional and he saved me some money so I want to let others know this guy is a professional,  he is trustworthy and somebody taught him to WORK !!
