We used Cox Roofing to replace our roof, gutters and gutter guards. We were very impressed with their customer service and their work! Very professional from start to finish! Justin Bunch was amazing to work with! Very timely with his responses, respectful and informative. Archie and his crew were awesome too! Answered all my questions, showed up on time and did a very professional job. They were great to clean up everything and even used large magnets throughout the yard and drive to make sure nothing was left behind. We couldn’t be happier with our new roof. Steve was polite and seemed to knowledgeable. He told me that there was wind damage to the roof and that insurance should pay for it. So I asked for a quote and a report of what he saw when he inspected the roof. He told me that he would email me the information. After two days of hearing nothing I called the office, later that day I received a quote from Steve. Nothing was mentioned about wind damage in his quote. So the next day I called and explained to the person who answered the phone what I needed. She said she would have Steve call me. I had no contact from him after the visit to check the roof. Later in the day I received another email from him. He wrote 'Here is the estimate to replace the main part of the house for wind damage. If there are any questions please let me know. Thank you.' and attached the same estimate that I had received the day before. Nothing that I could submit to the insurance that mentioned the wind damage on the roof. I don't think an email from him to me qualifies as an inspection report and that is what I needed in addition to the price quote.

No call. No Show. Had a 9 o'clock meeting with Steve to examine the roof damage and receive an estimate. After leaving work and going home for the appointment I waited for 45 minutes and didn't receive so much as a phone call to notify me that he would not be coming. After reaching Steve by phone he showed no remorse or attempt to correct the situation. Chose this company based on online reviews and their professional looking trucks but was greatly disappointed.

Went extremely well from the estimate to completion. Shingles's were delivered night before install. Crew arrived at 7 am and worked till job was done. Very professional and hard working crew. Very happy with the looks of our new roof. Would definitely use Cox roofing again.

Called and asked for an estimate for roof repair. Got a call back a couple of days later and was told an estimate would be prepared and emailed to me. Never received an estimate - calls weren't returned.

We were very impressed with their work and timeliness. When they said they would be here, they were here. All of their workers were courteous and industrious. Our home is surrounded by flower beds and I didn’t see one broken flower when they were finished and everything was cleaned up. So if you are planning on getting a new roof, we recommend that you call Cox Roofing.

Inspected property and then protected siding, walls, plants, bushes, etc with tarps and protection plywood. Removed all vents, shingles, and guttering. Inspected and repaired any defective wood decking. Prepared the deck, installed drip edges, ice and water shields, and roof felt. Laid out and installed new shingles. Performed a site clean up and then asked me to participate in two site inspections (one with the site foreman and the other a few days later with company supervisor).

I called during the busy season, which means that there had been a lot of rain and storms recently. So they came out as soon as they could. Instead of just capping the holes where the pipes came out over the bathroom, they replaced them with some of their own pieces of roofing material. They also covered up some ugly places where the rooflines met. Those things were free. And the guy fixing the two leaks during the bid was really really nice. The work looked great and they cleaned up all the messes and carted off the old gutters that we didn't want. I was very very pleased with their work and this is my first positive review on Angie's list.

They were an amazing company to work with. They were prompt, professional and most importantly - HONEST! Our job wound up being really small, but a dishonest company could have easily claimed that a lot of flashing repair etc. was needed -- but they were honest and fixed the little problem free of charge and in turn made a customer for life!
They also gave me a lot of good advice things to watch out for in the future so i'll know when I need to call them back.
They provided excellent service and i'm not going to hesitate to call them the next time I need any work done on my roof. A++
