So bad I cant describe. The painters simply power washed the house. Then they may have put epoxy/paint on. No paint scraping was done. The painters painted unevenly, missed places and painted areas they should not have. My stained deck was painted. My yard and bushes were painted. My driveway had paint on it. Areas that should have been taped on the house were not. My foundation of my house was painted. The painters left their trash in my yard. Now I have them coming back for the 3rd time to see if they can undo the damage they did. This is so bad I think it may not be fixable...

"We do our best to provide an exceptionally positive experience for our customers, however, sometimes we fall short. This job was for a roughly 1500 sq foot home, siding only, which is a relatively small job for the company. The crew sprayed paint in areas that shouldn't have been sprayed. No epoxy paint was used in this application. We apologized for the initial work that was completed and were given an opportunity from Mr. [Member Name Removed]to fix the overspray issues. We use Sherwin Williams SuperPaint which is an exterior latex paint that can easily be removed if done within a few weeks. I said we would fix anything and everything he wanted fixed. The crew walked around with Mr. [Member Name Removed]and addressed all the issues he pointed out. When the crew finished, they walked around the home again to make sure everything was to Mr. Castrodale's satisfaction, but Mr. [Member Name Removed]then pointed out more things he wasn't pleased with that were never mentioned before. Most of the things weren't the painting crew's fault, but they fixed them anyway because we were trying to show Mr. [Member Name Removed]that we wanted him to be a satisfied customer since we started off poorly. After 3 times going back to fix different issues each time, Mr. [Member Name Removed]still said there were things wrong. I provided Mr. [Member Name Removed]with a discount on the job and apologized that he was still not happy with the project. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, we will not be able to finish a job with a happy customer. We will continue to improve and strive to be better everyday!"

It went very well. They were very professional in all aspects of the job - from the bid process to explaining each part of the bill at the end.
I was especially thankful that they would call and let me know when they were going to be at the house and would actually show up on time!
They also did a great job of making sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product before they put their tools away and called the job completed.

Zach gave me a price. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. I needed my job done quickly and he arranged his schedule to accommodate my time line. The painter Ryan called to verify when he would arrive. He was also very professional, helpful and did a great job. I will definitely use them on a future project.

Certa Pro was hired to wire brush, prime and paint the 36 light poles in our parking lot. Some of these poles had significant rust, all were faded and all looked terrible. Certa Pro showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a prompt and professional manner. The poles now look like new! I would happily hire them again!

There was very little mess, no paint residue on floors or trim. They were very careful in protecting all surfaces and items from paint or overspray. I would definitely have them return if I needed interior painting again.

Zach and his crew were on time and very professional. They had to do some minor drywall work prior to painting that turned out nice. They were very clean and respectful of our home and the job turned out fantastic. Our house hadn't been painted in years so it was much needed. The painting completely changed the look of our home, it's so much more comfortable now. I would highly recommend them.

Zach and his team at Certa Pro did an outstanding job!!! From the bid process to the completion of the project (on time!) my client and I could not have asked for a better experience. The job at hand was painting an entry way, 2 hallways, living room, dining room, and kitchen, including ceilings. And to top it off, it was all RED! They arrived when the promised. Finished on time. And did a more than professional job! I have since referred 2 other projects to Zach that he and his team have handled the exact same way.

to give me a bid on refinishing my front door which faces west and has
weathered over the past 20 years.
Certa Pro examined my door and provided me with a written
estimate which described the work to be done and the time frame in which the
work was to be accomplished.
Certa Pro employees arrived at the agreed upon time,
performed the work as required and departed
I have found the workmanship to be of high quality. Employees’ personal appearances were
professional. Employees were polite and
answered questions in an honest and forthright manner.
I am very satisfied with the price and quality of work. My front door looks brand new.
