Collin, the Bug Zero pest controller always does a thorough job in treating all the rooms at my Motel. Such a friendly and professional approach by Collin. He regularly comes every month and listens to any pest issues we might have and goes about his job in a pleasant manner. We would definitely recommend HIM and Bug Zero for any pest control treatment. Conner was very pleasant to work with. He listened to us and looked were the ants were coming from. He not only checked under the house but in the attic too! A plan was devised and put in place. He was not in a hurry to finish the job. He spent an hour and forty five minutes. The big plus for us is that the product used is pet and child friendly. We will recommend this business to others.
The initial appointment was longer than I anticipated; and they were very thorough. We came back after two weeks and still had an issue they came immediately to re service.
Just like the technician indicated, we saw a few ants the next few days but after two weeks they were all gone and now we don't see any ants inside the house.

It was done to our satisfaction
Everything was smooth, from our original contact with the office to a follow-up question the day after the service. There were a number of preparations to be made and we did them. The website has some excellent information and videos to help with this and help diagnose your specific pest problem. There was only one hitch — the man couldn't come out on the scheduled day because of a storm and we had to wait three additional days. But now we are pleased to be bug-free and can sleep at night.

It went well. We didn't have termites, but we signed up for a bi-monthly program to monitor for termites because we live in the country in a cedar house near a pond and the area is damp. Lucas is also going to regularly check for Carpenter Bees. Our house is inconveniently tall. Hauling the ladder outside to spray for Carpenter Bees at the top of the house is getting harder as we get older. It's much easier and safer for us to let Bug Zero take care of the bugs. Lucas is great to work with. He's very easy to talk with and very professional. <br />

Our records indicate that your technician found ants during each of the re-treat visits -once inside and once outside- and treated those (no additional fee). Ant prevention is a key component of our springtime service and will be included with your next regular maintenance service. It is very unlikely that you will experience any ants inside your home ever again. When your technician calls to alert you to a pending service appointment, you have the option to specify an alternate appointment time. Because InsectaShield is a preventive maintenance program focusing on exterior prevention, it is not necessary that you be home. They were very professional from the beginning. On time and wore booties over their shoes in our home. They were very thorough and knowledgable. The warned us up from that we would see alot of activitivy initially which we did but then nothing, they (the ants mostly) were all dead! They followed up to see if we had any issues which we saw a small (about 6 or 7 only) in our shower so they have come out and re-sprayed area they believe may have still been active. Their service is great and worth every penny. Will continue with them! <br />

I called this company based on the reviews on Angies List. (we live in Branson) I am so glad that I did. Our technicians name was Shannon. He was on time, courteous, friendly and professional. We had a wasp problem that literally popped up over the weekend. I called on Monday morning and they were here by 7 am the next day. (this is the best time of day to get to wasps as they are more sluggish in the colder early morning weather) He was diligent and thorough, making sure that he covered every area and then some. I was extremely satisfied and I would recommend using this company to anyone looking for a great Pest control company. They know what they are doing!!! <br />
