He and his staff are wonderful. Everybody is really friendly and kind. Dr. McDonnell really knows his stuff. He can help people who have been to other places and can't get help. He usually knows pretty well what's wrong with them. That's the way it was with me. I've been to my family doctor and also the urgent care and they just gave me pain medicine, steroids and muscle relaxers and when I went to him, he just gave me an exam and talked to me. He knew what was wrong. He is great. You can usually get right in. They're really good about getting you in there whenever you need to. He is so busy and their waiting room is kind of small. He's just so popular. He gets right in there and does what he needs to do. After he talks to you, he'll talk to the office manager and then she'll come in and she has everything ready to go to talk to you about. They give you some options, too, like they gave me 500 dollars off my treatment because I paid ahead of time and they're always giving out coupons for their vitamins and minerals. They got a massage therapist there. It's a great place.

He's excellent. They're surprisingly inexpensive in comparison to others I'm familiar with. My husband had been told by others that there was nothing more they could do. I think he's going to be totally and completely healed by Dr. McDonnell because it's amazing the progress he's made.

When I arrive, I normally don't wait AT ALL, or for a very short time. I'm led into the first room where they apply heat packs and muscle stimulating probes, that relax the problem muscles.
Next I'm led to an adjustment room, where Dr. McDonnell goes over my records and asks pertinent questions as to why I've come in and any changes in family life, medical status and work history.
He then starts his exam and does the necessary pulls, and twists and checks my spinal column to make sure all the bones are in place.
The best thing about Dr. McDonnell is.......MY BACK, HIP OR NECK IS ALWAYS DONE CORRECTLY ON MY FIRST VISIT. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO RETURN FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.
Paying for my appointment is fast. Love the front desk gals. My insurance doesn't cover Chiropratic Services and his fee is VERY AFFORDABLE.
