Staff asked all the right questions, set up initial visit. Dr. Keen examined the dog, agreed with the plan for a dental, started antibiotics, did blood work to decide if dental is possible for a 7 year old, explained test results thoroughly. Staff was knowledgable and professional, Staff and doctor were integrated with regard to scheduling and things that needed to precede the procedure. Doctor called right after procedure, and again later. When staff delivered dog, she was very clear about what had been done, went over the aftercare instructions, both verbally and in written form. Called the following day to see how dog was doing.
It went like clockwork. We thought the doctor was perfect and the teamwork was exceptional.
Later on, we scheduled a spay, and Dr. Keen was responsive and explained all the issues.

I have brought my current dog ever since I got her as a puppy. This is where she gets all of her shots and was spayed. I have no complaints. Every one is so nice and very professional.

The prices at Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital was reasonable, for all the services I got there. They are fabulous. I trust them with my animal's lives. They've been great. They take time with the animals.

It is convenient because they are located close to the house and work half a day on Saturdays. It is a very nice building, and the environment is very nice. My experience with them has been fine. Their pricing is probably normal for the area. Their availability is good because they have about five different vets there, and that is why I go there because I can always get somebody in to see; if the one I really want is busy, I can always get another one, which is good. Some of the vets will call me back right away when necessary and some of them don't. I would use them again in the future.

I think they are by far the best vet's in springfield. The vet is in the top 5 orthopedic surgeons in the country. The clinic is also knowledgeable in the care of greyhounds which most vet's are not. I have been very happy with the care my animals have received there.

Dr. Sifferman has been our vet for several years. He takes time to answer our questions thoroughly, we never feel rushed. He is a very caring and understanding. We trust our beloved pet in his care.

Went very well. Prompt with the appointment time. took lots of time with us and listened to all our concerns.

They have cared for all our pets. Dr. Enderson is the man to see. VERY caring and takes his time to explain everything. Very sympathetic and you're treated like family with him. Highly recommended. Also they do everything from check ups to blood work to major surgeries there at the facility. Most places can't do it all!
