RV Sales & Service
We told them what our needs were and we looked and researched a little bit. Then Nancy called us one day and said there's a new line out, an ultra-light line that seems to meet all of our requirements and we should come take a look. It was exactly what we dreamed of. The service is just tremendous. Jerry and Billy walked us through all the RV care and maintenance and operation. Even after the year was up they were still helping me with advice. It's just a great operation there as far as walking in any time and getting help for any issue. On buying the product they gave great help and advice. I would like to recommend them. I can walk in there any day and they'll drop what they are doing and help me with my problem. They've given me things to help me, small parts and fasteners and things. They would say just take this and they told me how to use the materials and offered to come back and help me with it if it wasn't something I could do myself. They are just a great source of advice. Jerry actually lived in a RV for over a year, so he has experience and he is a fix-it guy, and he really knows RV's. I am really pleased to know him and be able to use some of his knowledge. The price was much lower than we expected. Nancy was instrumental in picking just the right RV and the guys were great in helping us learn how to deal with the novices.
