When I arrived I was not quite sure what I was looking for. I was limited in budget but desperate to get a mattress for my growing daughter. The sales person was understanding and offered SEVERAL options for us including clearance and floor models. He explained all the differences, the good and bad, and patiently answered the tons of questions we had. We didn't buy the first visit, but did come back. We were treated the same way the second time. They were knowledgeable, patient and kind!
