My experiences have been absolutely excellent. However these last few days I guess they've just been so busy they haven't had time to get back to me when I call. I've had this brand new computer that they built for me into them twice for repairs. They've done this for me before, I've used them for years and I've always been happy with them. I hope that they are just busy right now. They've always been prompt and always able to fix things. I think they are not too outlandish with their prices, they've been good to me. However, I've called them three times and they say they will get back to you but they haven't. At the moment I am frustrated.
