Do not use!!!! House sided 16 months ago. Part of it fell off about 6 months later, they fixed it. Same area fell off again about 2 months ago. I called and got a story about not having a latter long enough, waited a week, called again and in an annoyed voice she said "we'll call you", another week goes by so I call again and and operator said she leaves a message for appropriate person Still never called.

Ended up cancelling the contract and going with another contractor.

Ordered Oct 10th 2016 and I am writing this June 5th 2017 and the job is still not done. I could write a long story on the horrors we experienced with this company .... bottom line, just don't even call them.

There had been some problems so I am waiting for them to come back. I probably would not use them again and I would not recommend them. I am somewhat happy with the windows. I called them several times. It took them from the time the windows were ordered in July because they began the installation in November, it was much longer than they said it was going to be. The installation took about 6 weeks. Sometimes they came to work a day and a half or 2 days a week. They used a subcontractor and the company themselves never came out to view the subcontractor's work. The siding blew off between the 2 weeks at that time it was put up. It took several weeks for the company to send someone to fix that. I can see daylight through the windows. They did send a company representative to come look at it and confirm that, and I have not heard from them as to when they may come to fix that.

Took 5 months after acontract was signed for them to start. Poor workmanship on first attempt. Failure to resolve poor workmanship on first attempt. Had to call then back a total of 3 times for resolution. A one man laborer had to come the 3rd time to redo nearly the entire project himselfthe

The owner met with me to discuss what my needs were. He offerred me a very attractive product at a very attractive price and worked very hard to make it affordable for me. The workers showed up on time and had the job done within the time frame they said. They did a good job cleaning up each day and made sure I was satisfied before they left.
