On 2/6/15, they told me the manufacture would update the equipment and make me a happy customer and that he would call back. I waited all day and didn?t get a call back until later on. They then told me DMP wasn?t going to update the equipment, but Atlas would only install if I signed five year contract. There was nothing listed on the proposal about making a five year commitment.
I took the equipment to them to check it and make sure it worked, but then they said they weren?t going to warrant it. When I went up to pick up the equipment, I didn?t check the box to make sure it was the same equipment I dropped off. However, I realized after it was not the same equipment I dropped off. Some of the equipment wasn?t marked as new like the equipment dropped off. There are no tags on anything now and there are marks on them. One camera even says used on it. They also took my owner?s manual.
I think they aren?t trustworthy and they stole from me. I have talked to them multiple times, and they know I want the tags back and replaced with the new equipment that I dropped off.
