Shower Installation and Replacement
**DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!** In August of 2024, we contracted with Bath Planet for a shower remodel. It has been 8 months and the work still hasn?t even been started. We were told parts would start shipping 4-6 weeks after we signed and once everything was in, they?d start the work. In December, we received a call stating things were coming in and that they?d be calling to set up the install in January. In late February, we received another call asking about our schedules so an install date could be set. They said they?d call back in March to officially get us on the schedule. It has been (mostly) silence since then. We have called multiple times but can?t get in touch with anyone that can provide an actual update. We are now at the point we want everything canceled and our loan refunded. The loan company even called us and asked if any work has been done. Even if they were able to do the work now, we don?t trust the quality of the work that would be done.
