Tim was very accomodating about working around my schedule and called .
ahead to confirm the appointment. He showed up exactly on time and
promptly diagnosed the problem as being a defective lamp instead of the
bad capacitor or power supply board the internet had led me to expect.
He replaced the lamp with one i had previously bought anticipating the
need and worked around a slight problem with the part. He was pleasant
and well presented and was willing to wait around to confirm that the
problem was fixed. He only charged the service call fee since i supplied
the part and best of all his pricing was extremely reasonable.compared to his competition. I would gladly use him again and will recommend him to freinds and coworkers.

They did a very good job and the price was very good. They obviously knew what they were doing. They did it very quickly and they reset everything so it was back to normal working order.
