Contacted them and they were very timely for the times they came to the house. The older technician was great and diagnosed a new motherboard would fix the problem on a two week old 2,300$ fridge. Maytag would not warranty and with no choice I paid them 575$ for the repair. Fast forward 2 months and we have the exact same problem at hand and a non working fridge. They came back for less then 10 minutes and then were gone. The owner Ron called me stating the board was again faulty and that there was only a 30 day warranty on part and service. He was completely assertive and matter of fact didn’t have a care in the world that I was again in the same position. In fact his pathetic response was that he could put yet another board in for the same money again as that obviously did not work in the first place. Totally unprofessional and as a business owner myself have a hard time understanding how companies like this are still in business. Called another company and they fixed the issue for less then 100$. It never was why they charged me for in the first place and in my opinion business does not get more crooked then Same Day Service.

No problems, a very smooth transaction.  I have total confidence in DJ the repairman sent to fix my issue.

This company has horrible customer service. They did not show up on the date the contract specified. They then proceeded to lie about the whereabouts of their laborer. After two days they finally told us he quit. They charged us a down-payment to hold the date & the contract specified they would charge another $500. when the work was half done. That did NOT happen...they charged the second $500. on the date the laborer should have showed but did not. Then they lied about it. It took 2 weeks to get the money back. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Employees were rude and phone calls were dodged!

I minute inspection and should me my circuit board was "scorched" Took them at their word that board was no longer usable. They did not inspect anything else. 10 minute job. Had to call back for same problem. They said I need something cleaned off. Furnace worked fine. Couple months later problem with blower run time. Same crew called back and told me they could do nothing but said they would "look at it" I cancelled they call and fixed it myself: dirty thermostat. They never once mention thermostat on first 2 calls or over phone.

They were able to come and take care of the problem the same day. They did come in to check that the furnace was blowing hot air once they installed it. After that, I had to set the thermostat at 80 degrees just to keep it at 60! I called them about 4-5 days later letting them know that it wasn?t working right. They came out and put in more Freon. They said they didn?t check the Freon levels when they installed the unit and it was needed. I still had to keep the thermostat really high in order to keep the temperature up. I contacted my landlord who sent out their handyman. The first thing the handyman asked was if the replaced the AC coils or did they replace the furnace. They did neither. Because I said NO, he went to check the furnace and his comments were that they should have replaced the furnace at the same time. He said it was an improper installation and they would need to come and take it out. So he replaced my thermostat and it?s now working just fine but I am still told that I need to have the furnace replaced because they installed a heat pump with Freon that was incorrect. Same Day has told me that all they will do is replace the heat pump for free without picking it up but they will not replace the furnace. The technician yells at me when ever I call to talk to them about the problem. Now I?ve spent $3,000 for something that doesn?t work properly.

I spent 3 weekends trying to get problem resolved. Repairman came out on a Saturday, worked for about 4 hrs and did not fix problem. He came back the next day, said he had it fixed. I had to call him back 4 times because pipes were still leaking. He said the glue he used (which I found out from the plumber that eventually fixed the problem) was not appropriate for the pipes he applies it to. He said if it was still leaking after 4 days, call him back. They were still leaking, he said he would be back the following weekend. I sat around all weekend, he never called and never showed. I didn't receive a receipt for any materials he purchased. I said I was not satisfied with the workmanship and ask for all/part of me money back. I have not heard from them since. I would not have this person turn my water faucet on!

They even asked to use my laddder, my screwdrivers and my flashlights!!! They were not well prepared to to the job.

Chad from America's Same Day Service came out, unplugged my fridge, and plugged it back in. I told him I thought the problem was a weak compressor and after he unplugged it, he told me I was correct. He charged me $64.00 for labor and $29.99 for the service call. He was at my house for 5 minutes and I can't believe he charged me for labor. I've tried to contact the company 3 times and they won't return my calls regarding this horrible experience.
