I'm very happy with it. They offered some extra things that we took advantage of so as far as the roof goes it was about what I was quoted. It was really good because our insurance covered everything and they made sure it did. They were good.

David Schumacher came to my house after I called about a estimate for a leaking roof.I had never had to have anything done to my house so i had no idea what to do. He acted like he knew what he was doing but was a little pushy.He told me alot of things all at once so i was kind of confused with all the double talk but he said that when you pick a contractor to do one thing they usually do every thing.Not knowing this wasn't true I let him do the roof, gutters and the repair in the kitchen where the roof leaked though.He didn't repair the kitchen like the insurance adjuster said it need to be done cause he said that it wasn't that bad yet he took all the money for that repair.He got the first check and took it all then without me knowing it he called my insurance company and said the second check needed to be more cause the repairs were more costly.He couldn't wait to get that second check.I wished i hadn't used this company because the guttering is leaking where it connects to the house and is rotting the sofett.I tried to get him to come back and fix it but he kept avoiding me and my calls.So i called the BBB and they tried for 6 monthes to get him to respond but he wouldn't.So now my home needs more work than it did in the begining and i don't have the money to fix it. The insurace company wont pay to have the same work done that they already paid for.I learned a very expensive lesson.Do not use this company especially if you are a older single woman cause he will take avange of you.

He still has not paid the judgement and is on the run. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Arkansas Attorney General office. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board. I found through the Attorney General Office that he had 9 other complaints. David Schumacher has also assumed other business names and has had other complaints on the businesses. I delt primarily with Nate Kassees and he is the one who came out and took the check. I have spoken with him and discoverd that David Schumacher also ripped him.

It went okay as far as the roofing was concerned, but the contractor was very unprofessional.  Tracy seemed to be great to work with, just not David.  He did not write anything down, just seemed in a real hurry to cash our checks (he actually went to our bank and got cash immediately after giving him a check) and make as much money as possible.

They did a great job for us.  They just came in and got the job done.  The supervisor Tracy, was very meticulous to get the job done correctly.  I would call them again for roofing work if necessary in the future.
