We have used Chem Dry twice now, and think they do a much better job at getting our carpet clean and odor free than other companies we've used. We have kids, dogs, and a cat and our carpet takes a beating, but after a visit from Chem Dry, it looks great! We will continue to use them for yearly cleanings.
