Washer two dryers fixed one dryer said other two needed parts ordered all together it was 700.00 dollars for parts and service calls gave him the money and now haven’t seen him and won’t answer phone . He needs to be stoped.

He came 2 weeks ago and said two parts needed to be replaced. He needed $350 for parts, which I stupidly paid. He called once a couple of days later to say the part would be in on Friday. Friday came and went. Now no one answers the phone. No one answers the email. I figure we are out the money. Will turn this in to local TV, BBB, contacting our attorney to take to small claims court, and will post in social media everywhere I can. These folks are a scam! Stay away! 2 weeks - still no functioning dryer and out $350! Be warned!

I had Levi out at my home three times the first time he was really nice really professional and he did a great job he removed a laundry container lid for my dryer I was very satisfied with, then I called him again he came out on a Wednesday and to look at my washer and he told me it would be $140 for the timer that's what he tell me what's wrong okay come Friday July 31st I paid Levi the money on top of a $50 service call was told that my part would be in on Monday or Tuesday didn't hear anything from them so I called them Wednesday afternoon to see what was going on and they said my part would be in on Friday so I waited till Friday afternoon around 3 and I called again and had asked about my part and was told that it wasn't in yet and they would contact me come Sunday evening I tried calling all weekend all I want is my money back you know he was very polite very nice and he even told my friend who called him that he would be refunding my money and his wife I'm assuming is accusing me of being mentally ill because I'm physically disabled I have kids to feed and that's all I want is my money back

He did it wonderfully. He's very polite and seemed knowledgeable.
