For the second time during the 2014 contract the technician dragged the hose back to the truck in a way that it snagged one of my downspout drains, requiring me to make repairs for the second time during the 2014 growing season. Also, the effectiveness of the treatments during the 2014 season seemed to be less than the previous year. There were several places where broadleaf weeds were growing and a few crabgrass plants that seemed to be flourishing. It appeared to me that the technician was failing to treat up to the fence lines, driveway, and along the front adjacent to the curb.
I cancelled my contract with Advanced Lawn Care before the last treatment could be administered. I felt like the value of the last treatment was probably less than the cost to replace the downspout should they snag it a third time.
