Description of Work: they did a move in clean. what the women cleaned was pretty good ... what the man cleaned had to be done twice.. they are nice people.. The price was a bit steep.

Description of Work: They forgot they booked me at 9 a.m. When I called half an hour later, the lady blamed it on the servicemen and said they would call me. When I called back 2 hrs later, she blamed it on a broken down truck and said she herself would call me back (she never did). A service man did call me back shortly, and told me that they were booked cleaning a hotel all day and there was no way they could get to me before 2:30 p.m. and that he would call me back closer to that time. He never called back. I called the company to speak with a manager and was told he was on the phone and would call me back.... he never did. Unbelievable!!!!

 + -1 moreThey cleaned the carpet on a property we owned that was in really bad shape, and they made them look beautiful. Very friendly and they were on time. Did a great job...would use them again.
Description of Work: Use them for carpet cleaning for five rooms.
