He was polite, thorough, efficient and patient with all of my questions. He was honest and trustworthy and didn't feel bad leaving him in my house alone. One day he didn't work because the product had to dry he came over and rearranged the fans and let me know what was going on.
He came back at the end TWICE, AFTERI had paid him! The first time he came back to fix a loose wire with my burglar alarm and then second time he came back to rescrape the floors. Bob was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to texts, calls and emails. Great experience!
