"[member name removed], again, I apologize that you were not satisfied with service - you're complaint being that Jeanene did not put up the baby gate appropriately and I wasn't professional. When you called Jeanene, she explained how she placed the gate, and she apologized to you. She was very sorry that her apology was not good enough, and sincerely felt bad that you were not happy. You left me a voice mail expressing your discontent. After speaking to Jeanene, since I was never in the home myself, I called you back, listened to your issue, and offered you multiple suggestions to forgo this issue in the future. I offered having Jeanene come back out so that you could show her exactly how you wanted the gate placed, a new sitter assigned, or overnights so that the dogs were not gated for so many hours. I am someone who believes in the here and now - after apologizing to you, I was interested in finding a solution. What happened happened, that cannot be changed. It can only be prevent in the future. You yelled at me "Im not interested in a solution, I just wanted the baby gate put up properly". It was at that moment, I realized that there was no consoling you, that you really just needed to let out your frustrations - which I let you do for several minutes. I will gladly take the brunt of your yelling, but I will not let you blast me on a public forum; untruthfully and with major details overlooked. As for your input "Made three visits to my house to let my four dogs out for a potth break and to get a bite to eat." I would like to point out that you had 5 visits for the dogs, not 3 - for a total bill of $75. They were played with, let out to potty, and given their meals. Each visit was at least a half hour in length. You had asked her to visit your four dogs at 2pm and 8pm on Saturday, and 9am, 2pm, and 8pm on Sunday. Which she did. When Jeanene arrived each visit, the dogs were exactly where she left them. Jeanene's last visit ended at 8:30pm (per your request), and you did not arrive home until late the following morning (approximately 10:30am per your call to the sitter and voice mail left to me). I pointed out to you that, per your own admission, the dogs were use to being up for 8-12 hours while you were at work - not 14 as they had been left. I suggested multiple ways to avoid your senior dogs being up for that length of time and that perhaps that was the reason they urinated in the house, as opposed to just the baby gate placement. I was (and still am) more upset that the dogs were left alone for 14 hours than where they chose to relieve themselves. They would have urinated in the home - regardless of where the baby gate was placed. The bottom line is that you are not happy, I'm sorry that we could not appease you and that your dogs urinated in the house. I wish you luck in finding a caregiver for your August trip."
She also is my go-to person for "baby-sitting" my little guy. I am out of town several times a year and I am always happy to know my dog is safe with her. She spends the night at my place and he loves to cuddle up with her. She does great with him and I am so happy to have found her. Occasionally I leave him at a daycare for play and she picks him up there and brings him home.
"I would just like to point out that you use me all the time...you said "NO" above when asked if you'd use me again. :)"
"Thank you so much [removed member name! [removed member name] is a delight o care for."
