Jeff was outstanding! He came out to the house and gave me an estimate the same day. He was kind, professional, thorough and honest. He even encouraged me to get 2-3 more estimates before making my decision. He did say that he certainly wasn't the cheapest around, and if that's what we were looking for, that wouldn't be him, but assured me of the quality work that would be performed and the quality of materials that would be used. He mentioned that he had/has a reputation to uphold and maintain.
I really can't say enough good about Jeff! He and one of his guys came out yesterday and finished the job all in one day. From start to finish, Jeff was one of the most professional and courteous businessmen I've had the privilege of doing business with since moving to Springfield last month.

Very well. the owner was polite and professional . He was honest about the situation. We had some rotting wood and he let us know what he thought needed to be replaced before gutters were installed. We got a contractor in who confirmed his opinion. is was during heavy spring rains so we had to dodge rain drops plus work around the general contractor. The contractor had left some debris in the yard and they even carried that away with the Old guttering. Oh yes, they came in a few dollars under the bid too. That is always nice. Would definitely use them again.

Rain Away did everything they said they would do. Was there when they said they would be. Outstanding work. Pricing was very fair. Overall a fantastic experience. I will not even consider calling anyone else in the future.

They were wonderful and great to work with.  They were prompt, polite and just did a great job.  Their estimate was about $800 but they charged less than that.

Respectful, prompt, thorough, polite.  They responded quickly to our request for an estimate and the final bill was true to what they had promised.  They arrived on time, on the day they promised to come, worked hard & carefully, and left no mess.  When there was a delay in the materials they needed to complete the job, they communicated with us and gave a promised date of return (just two days later).  As before, they kept all their promises.  Returned in exactly two days, came on time, worked hard, and completed the job with no troubles.  I would hire them again in a second.  We got several estimates before having our gutters replaced, and their prices were reasonable and fair.
