K & K FENCING

All materials were furnished by owner, contractor Kenny Eisman did labor only ... He lists himself as experienced but could not do the job as one man and could not find qualified help so work was sporadic and of poor quality with constant complaining that the job was too labor intensive, he had looked the job over and bid it and accepted the assignment, but he complained that he didnot charge enough and that there was too much walking involved. Consequently the work quality continued to go down hill. the final blunder was where the fence line ran down hill and then up hill again he did not even follow the lay of the land or attach the wire to the posts thru  that area just stretched straight from hilltop to hilltop leaving the wires suspended inthe air approximately 20 feet in the air with bare posts below. The fence could not be brought down to meet the posts because it was now too short and it had to be cut and spliced by yet another contractor to keep the livestock inside. He then told me he would no longer be in the fencing business as it was too labor intensive and did not pay well enough.[he tried to double his price half  way thru when I was with only a torn down fence, so could not contain livestock] I hired another contractor to rework the worst areas since he was now out of business. However today I saw he has his sign out again and is back in business so I felt I should voice my experience to say {beware] of dishonest workmanship and inflated pricing and non-completed work...
