Very professional young man (son of owner). On time and job well done. When time for new system will definitely use them. I rated a B on responsiveness only because they could not come immediately. It was August and I am sure they were busy with hot summer calls. So I was without air for a couple of days!

Just as an example of their responsiveness, the next day I had water near where the furnace and air conditioner units were, so I thought there was something wrong with the installation. I called them and they came like within an hour. I realized it was the hot water heater had started leaking, but they were very responsive.

They show up right on time and answer phone calls right away. Responsive, professional staff who explain the work they are going to do and the options that you have so you can make an informed decision.

I contacted Wilson's on early Wednesday evening, knowing that I'm probably going to have to suffer for a while due to the busy time of year for all AC companies, I spoke to Mrs Wilson and she spoke with her son Justin....after hearing what I was enduring with having 4 rescue dogs and my copd. They informed me that they would bring another unit out first thing in the morning, Justin was the young man that had shown up and talk about a very professional and well mannered young man.... he installed the replacement unit and while I probably talked his ear off lol he was very attentive to the job and my ramblings!!!! On a scale of 1-5 I'd truly have to offer a 10, because this company showed compassion for my situation and response time was AmAzInG ? Their prices were perfect and the job they did was incredible!

It's fantastic it's an home own company and they are very very customer oriented and their priced very reasonably.

Their great. They come twice a year get us ready for spring get us ready for winter. They do a very nice job for us they always respond if we have some special need they respond quickly they've come out on holidays before. They are the only ones we've used for many years. I would guess it would be A/C maintenance it probably was and a broken air conditioner or something at the time although they have replaced our furnace and air conditioner they just do whatever is needed. They never tried to get extra things. I don't have a whole lot to compare it with since I've used them but I've never felt like their excessively expensive.

I called Wilson Mechanical on a Friday morning because I was having issues with my AC unit.  Justin arrived promptly and after looking at my heating and cooling system, he gave me all of my options from what he could do to fix it or replacing the entire system.  He didn't pressure me at all and answered all of my questions so I could make the decision that was best for me.  I made the decision to replace the entire system and they were able to replace the system within 24 hours.  My new system is awesome!  Justin took the time to show me everything and again, answered all of my questions.  I would highly recommend them!!!

Wilson's is a family owned business. Justin and Jason Wilson do the installing and their Mom Trona handles everything else and delivers GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was referred to Wilson's a few years ago from a friend and I'm SOO thankful for it. Jason/Justin ;have serviced my AC and furnace for the last few years. Having an original builders grade system which was over 20 years old, every season I would have to make a last minute/emergency call. EVERY time I've needed help, they've made time to help me. Last year, once again, my AC went out. They were able to get it going again. I asked if I should just go ahead and get a new unit. To my surprise, they suggested I keep it until it died and start budgeting for a new system. WOW! They weren't trying to make a buck because they really are honest and will do what's best for you. I would HIGHLY recommend Wilson Mechanical for all AC/Furnace needs. BTW.......the price for my new system was great and I got what I needed, nothing more and nothing less.

Was standing next to him because to see what was going on and he pointed out the issue, explained several options or replacing / fixing.  Very good service and was pleased with pricing.  he didn't even mind me looking over his shoulder.  (I know that could be a pain)    I have recommended them to others in town, and they all thanked me on a company they could trust.

The two workers showed up at the appointed time and had the new unit installed in 2 hours.  The new unit is a lot quitter than the old one and  should be more energy efficient.  The unit seems to be working correctly.

Jason was great to deal with from the beginning. We had a complicated situation with the second floor of our home not cooling properly. Jason took the time to listen to our concerns and provided us with multiple different options at varying price points. Jason even responded to our house a second time just to discuss the options and answer questions. We decided on American Standard equipment and had a new trunk line run from our basement to our attic where new vents were run throughout the upstairs. (original duct work was not run properly to provide enough airflow on second floor) It was an extensive install with holes having to be cut through floors and closet walls. The installation went flawless. It is evident Wilson Mechanical really takes pride in their work. The finished product looks great! The bid was right on target with the competition and we decided because of the extra time Jason took with us it was worth the couple hundred extra dollars from the next comparable bid.

When the upstairs AC failed during the hottest spell of the year, I figured any company would have a backlog of calls to deal with. I had used Wilson Mechanical 6 years earlier after a fiasco with two other companies. Jim saved the day that time. To my delight, Justin responded the very next day and fixed the problem. I am very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of this family owned company and glad Jim passed along his skills and values to his sons.

Justin, just like his Dad and brother Jason, performed a great job servicing our air conditioning system - arriving early with a broad greeting smile. They (he and helper) thoroughly cleaned unit, checked coolent and blower motor, replaced filter and cleaned drain. Goodwill of Wilson-Mechanical is 2nd to none! We are repeat customer having used their service 5-years former home.

Jason, was very informative and professional thru out the whole replacement process. Everything was on time and on cost as quoted in his estimate.

The team showed up on scheduled date at 9am and by 5pm the all three major units were installed and working. The installation looks fantastic, everything was cleaned up and no mess was left behind. They expalined every part of the installation and all systems continue to work perfectly. They were very pleasant guys and did an amazing job. Some of the install included some optional routes for ducting and venting and all options were explained before the best solutuion was determined. Being informed through out the process was great. Complete professionals.

Everything went great from start to finish. They were prompt and finished the job in one day.
