Overall, we had a good experience. We called them, and they came out right away. They did the work later. There was one thing that I wasn’t happy about them. We had some termites, and they probably overlooked it. They covered those up, and they apparently didn’t see them. It was not a big problem, and we ended taking them out.

They were very personable and down to earth people. They gave me a bid and set up a schedule of when they would start and get the work done. They started a week later than what they had originally told me because of some weather issues but as the work date approaches the told me that they would no make it, they did not leave me hanging. They kept me informed and it's reasonable to me that there are some weather to issues but when they actually started the work they got the work done in a shorter time than they estimated. They offered me the left over materials which I used to do some extra stuff with. I've received many compliments on how nice it looks so it was a very positive experience.
