Full-service Nursery/Garden Center and Landscape Center. We have been in business since 2003 serving the Kansas City Northland. We offer everything you need to decorate your outdoor area and landscape your home. We employee approx. 20 seasonal employees ready to serve you. If you are needing a landscape, one of our designers will schedule your FREE consultation, draw up your plan and then set a time to meet with you. The cost of the design ranges from $100 and up depending on scope of work required.

"As the owner of Full Features, and the designer that worked with (Removed member name), I would like to personally respond to her review. I have learned from past experience that addressing her concerns one by one is counter-productive. In summary, I am confident that our company went above and beyond the normal scope of what most businesses would have done, in our attempts to work with (Removed member name). We complied not only with her initial plans, but each and every change as she requested them. We explained issues that could result from certain changes in the design aspects, but ultimately completed the project in the manner the client desired. Despite our repeated attempts, we were unable to come to a mutual agreement with (Removed member name) once the project was completed per the contract. More than a year after completion of her project, an unpaid balance remains on her account. Regarding the accusation that I said she "didn't know anything about business because (she is) a woman," - I am personally offended by this comment and see it as nothing more than an unjustified, personal attack on me. Those words have never come out of my mouth, whether dealing with (Removed member name) or any other person. We work with women on a daily basis, and have women on our management team at Full Features. Her statement is simply not true. We would have much preferred to settle all issues amicably, and to add (Removed member name) to our long list of satisfied customers. It went fantastic. I had several estimates. Chris with Full Features really listened, because his sketches matched exactly what I was envisioning. I signed a contract, we agreed the work should what till spring.
The young men who did the job were very detailed about their work. It took a day and half. looked great when finished, but I decided I wanted a cap along the top layer of stone. They scheduled to come back in 2 weeks, however they had time the next week came out and finished it off. I requested a few more stones, the young man was resistant, but complied and I love it!"[Member name], thanks so much for your feedback and the positive comments. The mound (berm) was never installed resulting in the Pine trees dying from to much water. See the pictures below.
The sod was never removed as agreed to in the contract. See the pictures below.
Over a 1/3 of the planting never rooted and died. Some were replaced by FF and some we choose to replace on our own because we had lost confidence in FFs. The planting were delivered 8 - 14 days before planting where they set in the yard with no concern for watering and then they threw them into cloded clay holes and never even watered them before leaving the job. Worst of all after we complained about the poor drainage we were charged for more dirt to fix their bad design. We were fine with the old design. We have standing water to this day. After we agreed to pay for the additional dirt their book keeper made an accounting error of approx $400 which we never caught and that we were never notified of. Now after 6 months they want to collect the money before working with us because we requested that 2 dead pine trees be replaced. Yet they say they caught the error and knew they wrote it off at the time? We estimate it will cost us $2-3000 to fix their poor workmanship.
They will not respond to any of our requests.
"Full Features did everything in its power to make customer required changes to this project while the work was in process. And we did so without adding additional charges to the customer bill. However, the customer was never satisfied and made changes on his own while the crew was off site. When the job was completed the customer did pay his bill and agreed that everything was OK with the exception of two pine trees that showed some signs of a newly developed disease. After the fact it was found that the customer bill had an error and he still owed Full Features $394.00. He is now asking that we replace the two trees and make other changes to the project without any additional charges. We informed him that we would replace the trees if he paid his now corrected invoice in full. He does not want to pay the corrected invoice therefore the trees can not be covered under the warranty since the job has not actually been paid in full. We have offered several alternatives to the customer but he is not willing to accept any of them. This customer contacted the Better Business Bureau which after their review of both parties input, indicated that Full Features has attempted to fix or negotiate all issues that they would have been responsible for in good faith and the Better Business Bureau themselves have closed the complaint. Full Features strives hard to provide good quality service and workmanship at a fair price to its customers."
