I am satisfied with them. I have a current contract and I pay them once yearly. It seemed like their price was less in the past, maybe $200. I did not question it when it went up this time. I thought it seemed a little high. Regarding their actual work, they really don't do anything now, other than just check it. They just make sure that termites had not returned. When they actually did the work they did good on the initial work. If I ever have termites he will treat them for free; there will be no charge.

The first time was ok. Later we scheduled an additional service online but nobody showed up and the online appointment "disappeared." Three month later we were charged twice "by mistake" and the balance was supposed to be applied for our next three months, but three months later we were charged again. We scheduled a couple of additional appointments because we kept having bug problems. We called instead of using the online service and the service tech showed up. Overall, the people are nice, but the service is not effective.

They do a good job.  They can last year when I had an ant problem.  They got rid of some small ants.  They came knocking on the door when they were done.  They were very professional.

I was not happy with the service they provided. They were very aggressive in terms of how they pitched the service. They were very inflexible and very difficult to do business with. I ended up canceling the service.

I was still having trouble with ants. They did not want to come out anymore. They said they had been out enough. They were thorough but whatever they used did not kill the ants. They were responsive when I had to call them back. I just thought that it was terrible. They guaranteed that they would get rid of the ants and did not.

Have had a fantastic experience with the entire company and the service techs. They do a great job on sending a reminder post card for services. They do a great job working around your schedule to meet your needs.
