Done a great job will use again in the future

the team was prompt, started early, and were finished in 2 days. The team cleaned up after each day - no debris was left behind. The roof looks very good.

I seen where they were lapeing the felt over the lower run that they did not overlap, so i calld the owner and told him and he in turn called his workers to correct the problems. on the 3 day they could see that they did not enough shingles to complete the job, so had to make a trip to get more. They completed the job on thanksgiving day around noon, on the 4th day instead of the 2nd day as the owner had stated.

I know roofing having done it myself for years, I went up on the roof while they were starting to apply the felt and found 3 spots where the decking was showing through the felt, which could cause a leak later when the shingles failed.. I called Nick and he in turn called his lead man on site, He came down and I showed him my concerns and they were corrected right then. The only other thing that I had concerns about was the gable cuts were not cut very straight, which is only cosmetic. They job took twice as long as the estimate giving, and finished up on Thangiving Day around 1:00 . We were having our family (some from out of town) over for Thanksgiving Dinner at our house.  We were glad that the job was completed, but twice as glad the noise had stopped before the table was set.

I am very happy with their work. He went above and beyond. He even replaced 2 deck plates for no extra charge. The guys were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up the mess real nice. I have no complaints.  The price was worth the money for the outstanding work.

The guys put a third layer of shingles instead of removing what was there and replacing them. Also my roof leaks horribly now. I have one room that has to be completely torn down and rebuilt. Nick Simmons refuses to come fix my roof.
