I had Sears deliver and install a new washer and it did not sound correct the first time I used it. Sears could not get a service man out for sometime and I needed the use of the ew wash machine.I then called Rogers Appliance service to check it out. It was necessary for him to level the new washer and check all systems.All systems were working properly it was just a different sound than I was used to. Roger assured me that other than needing to be leveled all was well.
