Phillip was very prompt to return my calls and to followup up on the scheduled repairs. He was thorough in his examination of the system and providing options for repair and replacement. He explained the problems and solutions in a manner that I could understand and expressed his opinion in regard to choice of repair. Completely tickled with his work. Only thing that he could improve upon would be clean up after completion. Left the cardboard the unit came in and some debris on the carpeting. Everything else was excellent. A+++++
