It went great! I called one day and he was at my home the next! He serviced my AC and got me ready for the summer!!

Initial visit was excellent along with the evaluation. After this visit is when it fell apart. There was NO followup. After I contacted them 2x, I learned that the gentleman who came out had his wife go into the hospital. I felt bad and gave them time. Eventually I spoke with the owner (no thanks to him) who proceeded to tell me that he could not replace my unit as there were specific requirements since our home was a modular home. I had never heard of this. I then inquired with several long standing modular home sellers if this was true. I confirmed it was not. Felt as though he just had no interest in helping me. Gave my money to someone else who had no problem replacing the unit and gave the same professional evaluation as the employee who had first helped me and completed the replacement in just a few days.
