I checked in at the front desk, was greeted warmly. I waited in a very clean and aesthetically decorated waiting area. I was called back into a room and my dog and I met with the vet, this all went really well with Dr. Heurig explaining each step of the process. Dr. Heurig recommended a product called Trifexis to help with fleas and heartworm prevention. I checked out, purchased product and left the building, all in under an hour.
