+ -1 moreThis dealer is listed as a Harman stove dealer, I have one that was in need of repair and contacted these folks 3 times attempting over a two month period to get the repairs done. In my last conversation with TH I requested that if they did not want or could not do the work to please just say so and I'd seek help elsewhere and I never did get a reply back from them. Short and sweet I was blown off and ended up hiring Spavinaw stove from Arkansas to do the work, the bill was $570 dollars which I gladly paid as it's a $3800 dollar stove and winter is on the way. They were prompt, efficient and my stove is now repaired and is ready for winter. Tota Totally Home gets an F and Spavinaw stove gets an A
