We have used Brinton Electric for the last three homes we have lived in and they were professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable about the industry and service being provided. The first two installs were not easy due to the date of the residences but the technician worked diligently and went above and beyond to figure out what would work best in our situation. If a company does not provide good customer service, even if they have the better price, I will not utilize them. Brinton Electric excelled in this area. Any issue I had come up, they were prompt to reply and offer solutions. Very pleased with their performance!

Being older and not understanding technology as well as the younger generation they helped us on all aspects, even with our dish service, our internet service and our telephone company to get everything up and going on all our services. We would of never been able to explain to some of our other service companies what we needed. They also provided us with mobile technology where we use a simple app on our smartphone and can run our whole home with a push of a button. They went above and beyond setting up and explaining all these systems, so we could use it without calling our grand kids every time. Very happy with feeling secure in our home at our age and our home safe when we are away. We can bring up cameras while we are gone and are updated by text and email every time our house is entered when we are away. We can even have our lights turned on and our thermostat changed when we are on our way home or even if we are too lazy and are lying in bed, this all by a touch of our cell phone. We love what these systems can do.
