Joanne went above and beyond her duty. First showing us different houses, then when we made an offer there were so many issues with the sellers, she helped us, guided us, and walked us through many addendums to protect us, to help us. She worked for us and even after the house was sold, she emailed / texted / called to make sure we were happy with it all. An issue came up after the contract was done and we had moved in, she still helped us out. I strongly recommend her, she'll go out of her way, on odd hours, always available, very responsive. She knows what she's doing and does it with excellency.
