Boulder Hill Properties Maintenance LLC. has been serving Springfield and the surrounding areas for 3 years now, previously we worked construction for several years in Illinois before moving to Missouri. We are Vetern and family owned/ operated. We service residental properties, commercial, and as a vendor for property managers. We are fully Insured! We specialize in: Drywall installation, repair and textering, Painting (exterior and interior), Lighting upgrades and light electrical, Small room remodels, Trim, Faucets, Doors and locks, Tear-outs and Make-readies. We service the following town and cities in Missouri: Springfield, Ozark, Strafford, Marshfield, Rogersville, Fordland, Diggins and Seymour! Our hourly rate is $45 per man hour.
