Warehouse always does a great job! We have gone to them for years with everything from a flat tire, to needing new tires, and even oil changes. They are always fast, priced well, and have a very friendly staff.

Rob, Stephanie or Denis work behind the service counter. They greet me by name each time I come in, but you would expect that they would for someone who buys hundreds of tires from them. But I witness them similarly greeting all of their customers, regardless of the size of their purchases, as they walk in. I have watched as they greeted their repeat customers by name as they walked in, and as they greeted first time customers in friendly terms. They always make it a point to let me know they appreciate my business (who wouldn't?) but again, I've watched them show the same sincere appreciation even to customers making small purchases.
Each time I take a vehicle in for tires, I am rarely there for more than an hour; it's usually more like 30 minutes. Even those first time customers get that same quick service.
The very few times I've had balancing issues -- about the only problem I've had -- they are quick to get the tires rebalanced correctly at no charge. They knew I had already been in for the tire replacement, so they didn't keep me any longer than absolutely necessary. Again, I've watched them react swiftly to correct any issues -- real or perceived -- for first time customers, too.
When I've gone in with tire questions or needing advice, the staff has responded with knowledge and reasonable solutions. I've watched as they have educated other customers or even warned them away from bad decisions, and generally guided them to several feasible options from which to choose.
Finally, the pricing is excellent.They routinely quote tire prices with mounting and balancing included -- no hidden charges. Their pricing with mounting and balancing included are very competitive. The overall cost from Warehouse Tire of getting tires replaced on our vehicles is good enough that I often have our and quot;out of townand quot; vehicles driven in from up to two hours away for new tires alone. Not very convenient some times, but well worth the time and money spent when compared to the pricing of other stores more local to our vehicle locations.
As I've heard them say, and quot;We want your business!and quot; and, as they've done for me, they'll earn it by doing it right.

On my last visit (to get new tires for our 2005 Chrysler Town and Country minivan), I asked what was the best tire value that Warehouse Tire and Muffler had available. The female receptionist checked her computer to check their inventory. She told me that they had a set of tires to fit our van at about $420.00. I told her that was a bit out of my budget just as the manager (owner?) walked by. I asked if they had any good used tires that would fit my lower budget, since I am a retiree on a fixed income. The manager/owner stopped to say that they had just taken a practically new set of premium Michelin tires from a late model Lexus that would fit our van...and that I could buy the set of like-new Michelin 90,000-mile tires for $300, balanced and installed. I agreed to the deal and the four Michelin high-dollar tires were balanced and mounted on our van in 30 minutes flat. I was VERY pleased. We have now driven about 5,000 miles on those pre-owned Michelin tires and are delighted with the smoothness, road-handling and like-new tread on those tires. Warehouse Tire and Muffler got me a better set of tires, a higher mileage tire, by one of the world's finest tire manufacturers for substantially less that I would be able to find anywhere else...and they still offer me free tire rotation every 5,000 miles on these wonderful tires. This is just one example of how the folks at Warehouse Tire and Muffler work to fill the needs of each individual's customer's needs. I am so pleased with their professionalism!
