Verizon

There are some real technical issues and right now, I would give them a B. They said my grandson called and added 10GB of data to his phone last night at 8:37. He was at work last night. They said he knew the code which he doesn't. I've got real issues here. My grandson would never do anything like that without asking first. I'm extremely upset with Verizon right now. Normally, their quality is a B but this is an issue that has really got me wondering about the company.

This place is awesome, I have never had such good service. I was having some trouble with my Verizon bill, so I went in to talk to the people at the Verizon store. They not only called customer service and took care of everything, but they made sure that they gave me a call for the next two months just to make sure everything was right. I highly recommend these guys!

I have been using their services for a while. I don't know if I am satisfied with them or not. I don't get many dropped calls. If I have a problem with my phone, they act as if they don't want to help me. They only want to help me if I want to sign another contract or spend more money.
