Killed my Lilac Bush, littered yard with debris nails, pieces of the old roofing. Unfriendly, non speaking English language barrier. Failed to provide billing receipt, refused to answer phone. Charged for trash container that never was rented and used. Workers appeared to be illegals. Never apologized to for destruction of landscaping and having to clean my own yard.

Call and left two messages regarding a residental roof repair. Never received a call back.

June 15th 2008-Hail damage to the house Aug 27 2008-1st quote from Sullivan Builder Sept 24 2008-Contract signed from Sullivan Took a while for work to get started, which is understandable, as there was a lot of roofs being repaired. An invoice dated Nov 9, 2008 had a note stating the invoice needed to be paid ASAP. While the repairs were taking place, the back deck needed a new cover on it. I had asked Ben to replace the cover. Ben stated "I will put a new deck roof, PVC lattice and new center joints with material and labor $485.00" He said instead of the wood lattice that the PVC would last longer and that the center joints need to be repairded due to the weight of the lattice. Once the joints were repaired there should be no problems. He repaired the lattice and all the work was completed in December at some time. While doing the work it was very difficult to get a hold of Ben for little things that needed attention, such as he had said he would refund the cost of Dish Network having to come out and reconnect the satelite, never received that. The workers had ruined the screen above the kitchen window, that needed to be repaired, I called several times and the screen was never fixed. It came down to the final payment on 16 Dec 2008 and I deducted the $50 for dish network as well as $50 for the screen that was never repaired. Ben had asked me to pay him before the end of December due to taxes, I complied. In less than two months the PVC lattice started breaking and spliting. --I called 24 Feb 2010 and left a message concerning this problem, never recieved a call back. --I called 6 May 2010 and left a message, received a call back. Ben stated "I am not working in that area right now, however I have to be up there in two weeks so I will look at the deck then." Two weeks came and went and he never stopped by. --14 June 2010 I called him again and left a message stating it had been over two weeks and have not seen him or heard from him. --Around the beginning of July or middle of July, he finally stopped by and spoke to my mother. He said "oh this should not be splitting like this, I will get someone out in a week or two to replace it." Haven't seen him or heard from him again. --October 22, 2010-Called Ben to ask him what is going on.... --October 22, 2010-E-mailed Ben to ask him what was goin on.... --October 25 2010, Ben called and let me know that he forgot about the lattice and that he was sorry that he would have them ordered by Thursday the 28th of October. --November 1st 2010, I called Ben back and he apologized and said he forgot about it and said that it would be taken care of. --November 5th, 2010-Ben called my house and said that he would have the work done in the next 3 days. --November 16th, 2010-NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. --November 29th, 2010-Had to contact Ben AGAIN, and ask him what was going on. He again stated that he got tied up on another job and he would bring the items up today and drop them off (he stated that wasn't my fault-although I didn't think it was) and will be done in the morning. He stated that the materials were in his garage. --November 30th, 2010-Ben did not show up at the house, called the phone number multiple times and no answer. Left a message at 6:00pm stating "I needed to hear from him tonight, because I have to file tomorrow." --December 2 or 3rd, 2010-Ben finally repaired the deck.
