Service was prompt and done well. I was late showing up and they fit me in. They were very nice about it. We purchased a Ford Edge from the in February, The salesman, Wade, was professional and worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted. There were no delays, things progressed quickly. I would recommend them again!

Periodic oil change. I prefer the Lincoln dealer do any service to my Lincoln. The oil change was scheduled and my vehicle was serviced promptly at the time scheduled. The appointment took about 30 minutes in it entirety. The service writer showed me the items checked during the service and assured me the vehicle was in good shape and ready to travel. the price was fair for the service performed.

To order a new part and and install would be in excess of $500. This car is a 2001 Lincoln Continental with 75114 miles at time of incident. The dealer cooperated to help me and used heavy plastic zip ties to put the switch panel back in place so that I could continue to use the vehicle. The repair is satisfactory and serves me well. The part should not have failed but that is not the fault of the dealer but a manufacturer defect that is not under recall or warranty.

I was worked in quickly without an appointment. The inspection was conducted per state regulations and checks several items to include front end condition and removal of a wheel to check the brakes. All lights are checked for functioning as well as horn and wiper blades and condition of glass for breaks or cracks. This is an important chance to view a service center as it is a perfect time to point out and require a correction of any items inspected. The dealer did this honestly and said the vehicle passed in good shape.

As I looked at a used 2003 Ford Expedition on the car lot, a salesman from the local area greeted us right away. The service was good to begin with, however, he made an error when he wrote down the wrong stock number of the vehicle i was about to purchase. When the sales manager sent the credit request to the financial institution for the credit application, they did not catch their mistake. So when the credit application was accepted, they had unknowingly secured a line of credit for a different used SUV that was smaller in size and was not as good of condition. The credit application had to be terminated and re-secured for the correct vehicle. I test drove the vehicle twice to make sure the what I was buying was solid in condition, other than a chip in the windshield all seemed well. On the second test drive, the vehicles engine began to miss fire and sputter horribly. The dealer took it back to the service area and determined that a broken coil pack was the cause. Item was replaced and condition disappeared. This is a common problem with that specific motor. Since the vehicle was already 8 years old the dealer was selling it as-is/no warranty to which I regrettably agreed to. After the second day of ownership of the vehicle, the positive battery terminal was broken and I had to jump start it to get to work. I called the sales manager and I asked if they had known about any previous problems with the battery, after which he then informed me they had to charge the battery at least one other time to start the vehicle and he said to bring it back, let them charge the battery and if it went dead again they would replace the battery, he said they would "Make it right". I first took the battery to an auto parts store to have it checked there first. The battery tester read Bad Battery immediately. So I went ahead and bought a battery there. After that day of work was over I took it back to the dealership and this is where the sales manager explained his Make It Right policy. For every Rick Ball Ford Sedalia business card I gave to any person and they purchased a vehicle from them, the sales manager would send me a check for $100.00. A week later I discovered that the Limited Slip Clutch Pack in the rear differential is bad and needs to be replaced which is another $300.00 or more in parts not including labor. In short the problem with the battery was not disclosed to me until after I had taken ownership of the vehicle and the limited slip clutch pack was not disclosed to me at all.
