 + -1 moreUnfortunately we cannot provide a decent rating for the Agent and the company she represents. When trust factors are broken and ones money is being spent on faith and representation / experience for said purchase only to have multiple issues uncovered after closing and counting on the paid certified inspector suggests more than just a typical transaction. Often theses professionals develop a relationship thus counting on either the number and or the information to work in order to close a deal. (Too many findings may cancel the deal or create a delay in the transaction) Trust not simply what another says or recommends. Do your research and utilize every resource possible.
Description of Work: We would strongly suggest that you research any Home Inspectors recommended and or used by this location. Linda Myers (agent) recommended a inspector who lacked detail and completeness in our purchase. Multiple issues creating large expenses after the purchase have left a bad taste in our mouths for both the Realty Company and the Inspection Company used. We all are varied in our knowledge and ability as home owners thus we rely strongly on the costly inspection to reveal every detail and all matters needing attention big or small. Unfortunately numerous items were uncovered and not documented in the report after closing. Warner Home Inspections / Warner Property Inspections located out of Lake Lotawana MO. Realtors may have a recommended company but we suggest that you do your own research first. This is a lesson learned for us but our hope is that we can save others from being too trusting. The cost of the inspection and the numerous items not documented require us to fail both the realtor and inspector. Having a feeling that your best interests were not considered and much more sadly require us to think negatively upon them. Details are numerous and wish better success for others.
