Unfortunately we cannot provide a decent rating for the Agent and the company she represents. When trust factors are broken and ones money is being spent on faith and representation / experience for said purchase only to have multiple issues uncovered after closing and counting on the paid certified inspector suggests more than just a typical transaction. Often theses professionals develop a relationship thus counting on either the number and or the information to work in order to close a deal. (Too many findings may cancel the deal or create a delay in the transaction) Trust not simply what another says or recommends. Do your research and utilize every resource possible.
