I don't have any dislikes.  They have been very professional every time I have dealt with them.  They are pretty responsive and thorough.  The price is comparable to others.  They are very professional.

The story is a long one. I purchased this system american standard heritage 18 heat pump with gas furnace back up in Jan 08. It was installed by a one man company( I was trying to spend my money in the local economy) It worked good for a couple months and then the heat pump was not heating. Well we had gas furnace backup so we were okay. Called the guy that installed it,  he would come in a couple days and could not find anything wrong. This went on for over a year. Same problem, couldn't figure it out cause he would always come days later. Finally he quit returning my calls and then the gas furnace quit and he would not respond. SO call Benitz they came and checked the furnace and found the burner clogged up. The technician asked who installed and we told him Midstate HVAC. He said they were trained to vent the intake to outside air because of exposure to household chemicals in the air it would corrode the burners pretty quick. WHile he was there we asked about the heat pump. He checked it out and said he couldn't find anything wrong , but run it and as soon as it acts up call and they would come out. Sure enough 2 days later it quit and we called they came out in under 2 hours. He was able to diagnose it right there. Had they (Bentiz) installed it, it would not have cost me a dime, but being as they didn't I had to pay for labor. The other guy would never come when the the thing acted up until days later when it had cooled off so it would work. Okay there goes a 1000 bucks. Had to call them again for furnace and the burners are clogged again, so I guess we are going to vent outside and replace the burners hopefully we'll be golden. Benitz is a awesome company and secretary secretary is awesome too!
