One prospective buyer wanted a shower in one of the bathrooms . . . the people left and the realtor showed them a different house and they bought it! If the realtor would have called us and asked us to install a shower, we would have done it ASAP. Very frustrating. Hard to get ahold of. We would call and leave messaged after a showing, because we wanted to know what people said so that we could improve on what buyers were thinking.

They are easy to work with and very friendly. They charge 10% of the rent. I probably won't continue to use them.
