Came over on short notice to reinforce staircase. Old home with beautiful (but squeaky, shaky and bowing) oak stairs in need of stabilization. The underside of the stairs is covered in plaster or sheetrock, so access to stabilize was a challenge, to say the least. Glenn and Scott did an AMAZING job troubleshooting, getting creative, and providing a solid (literally!) product in the end. Staircase is totally stabilized from the underside with no visible holes, and no need to cut into any walls. Very impressive and could tell they enjoyed the challenge. About a day and a half later, the job was done!
