Antimite has offered a competitive price for their services and have been very helpful during our ongoing contract with them.  They follow up on their regular assessments to inform us of their findings.  We are very pleased with their service.

Outstanding customer service.  Call to say he was running ahead of time could he stop by earlier for installation.  I priced the same job and yearly contract out for other bids and Antimite was the best price overall.  Great product used highly recommend.

Antimite installed our Sentricon Termite System in 2002.  In 2009, there was another discussion about the rate agreement, so when I was going through our records I found where they had over billed us and we had overpaid by several hundred dollars.  We let them "work off" the overpayment for the next few years. Then in June 2014, we receive an invoice for a higher amount than the agreement.
I called them and left a message.  By the time he called me back, he said that they had raised the price and since I had not paid it on time, they terminated the service.  First, the invoice only arrived shortly before their reported due date, so even if I mailed a check the same day, it would not have arrived on time.
Second, they did not call me back for several days and when he did call back, he was not reasonable to deal with and said that since I had not paid their rate increase by the 15th, that I was terminated.  Even though I had not received the invoice in time.
They would not respond to any correspondence over the next several months (through December 2014) and even when we sent the check with their rate increase, they sent the check back.
Now, because their system is still there, we can not get anyone to service our house for termites.  So Antimite won't service our system and other Companies won't service our system and want us to have Antimite come out and remove the $1,000 system, so that the new company can come in and reinstall (and pay) another $1,000 to put in the same system.
I was told that Dow Agro owns the system, but they won't respond either.

We like that they show up on time. They do an inside and outside pest treatments.

I called them yesterday after a swarm of yellow jackets descended on our bushes. They said they could come today, between 9-10. Tod came at 9am sharp. They have always been thorough, punctual, and price competitive. My neighbor also uses them, and has for years as well.

I found that in the last couple of years their reliability really went down the toilet.  Most recently, they called on an afternoon to confirm my appointment for the following morning... and then never showed.  
When I called to discuss the situation, they explained that I had no such appointment.  Once I had reminded them that they called me the day before, they complained that "the system" must have moved the appointment.  I asked to speak with an owner/manager.  I was polite, but very clear that I was beyond frustrated with their mistake (not the first time they didn't show).
Later, I got a call from the gal who books appointments offering to take $30 off my next spray - but then quoted me a base rate which was a full $10 higher than my last spray.  I did not bother to call back - and they never followed up.
I'm disappointed.  I'm sure they're all nice people, but they're not reliable and therefore I would not recommend them.

As far as I know we will continue to use this provider in the future. I recommend them to others; someone just called me that found insects in their automobile and I referred this company.

They are great, very personable. The same guy has been coming to our house since 2005/2006. We have a quarterly contract with them. They come back service the area free of charge as many times as needed.

I have no problems with their services. I have been using them since 2008. They have a competitive price.

They do a good job. Everything is good and they are easy to deal with. The same technician comes every time. He is a good guy.

They never got rid of the ants.  They have a 30 day guarantee period but wanted me to go on a quarterly maintenance program when they couldn't get rid of them.

Wonderful experience!

We have a contract with them and we spend $300 twice a year and they come out every couple of weeks, check on the termite and leave a report. They seem to be pretty good and I guess we haven?t had any termites yet and hopefully they are checking to make sure we don?t. They are professional, show when they are meant and give a full report of what they found or did not find. They don?t come when people are at home and it is all done behind the screens. I did not really shop around, so I imagine that the pricing is competitive. I have not had to call them, so I guess the quality of service is good.

We had a termite problem a long time ago and they came out and solved the problem and have been monitoring our house every since.

I have been happy with them. They are prompt. They send a report in the mail about what they found. They are very responsive.

Always call me to schedule (nice that I don't have to remember) and they are always prompt - only a 1-2 hour window instead of the usual 4. I have the same technician every time and he is very polite and has even taken great care not to wake my sleeping baby. I've only called once for additional treatment and they scheduled me within 2 days and this time only an hour window. So nice that I can plan a full day and not have to sit at home waiting on them. Can't say enough - they are great.

The experience was fine. They showed up on time. They came and did what they were supposed to do.

They come every quarter. I don't have a formal contract with them. They are very effective and fast. Great quality and professionals in what they do.

The staff is very easy to work with. They accommodate my schedule by giving me a first appointment of the day for each appointment. They try to send the same person each time, which saves me from having to explain any unique circumstances about my home. Always on time and friendly, I would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived early (I had requested the first appointment of the day; early arrival was not a problem). The technician inspected and sprayed the outside and inside of my house. He patiently answered my many questions. I have a pet and was concerned about any residual treatment getting on him. He did tell me about their quarterly plan, but I opted for a one-time treatment and he did not try to pressure me into more. All in all, very good. And the pests do seem to be down.

I have used them numerous time and am on a program. They are very professional and knowledgeable. My wife is very pleased, which is the real test.
