Description of Work: Installed an air conditioning/heating unit in master bedroom. Samsung unit, so far, no problems. Very neat job of installation. Did not disclose all the outside work before completed.

Description of Work: Perry Heating & Cooling people come out once or twice a year to make sure that everything is working well. They were here about three or four months ago.
