Wayne Wood, did a great job. He came out, actually went back home and brought us his own generator for us to help save our food. They have come out a few times to make sure we knew how to operate the generator as it was computerized. He even was concerned that he was getting out house dirty. When we needed additional items we have used them since. They are very good and highly recommend them.
