Maximum Property Rentals is TERRIBLE!!! I would not recommend renting through Re/Max to ANYONE!! We rented through them for two years, and it was NOT pleasant at ALL. Dianne is really sweet initially, but she NEVER answers the phone afterwards. Her 'assistant' will call back who never has ANY idea what's going on. We rented a nice home in a good neighborhood. We really enjoyed the house, but EVERY TIME we had an issue arrise.. they would never call back and took FOREVER sending someone out to fix the problems. When we moved in, the two bottom stairs were broken. Dianne assured us it would be taken care of within a week, but it NEVER was. We called about it, and her assistant 'didn't know there was an issue' and said she would have Dianne call us back. She never did, so we called again. Weeks later, they FINALLY sent someone to 'fix' it who didn't fix it at all. Instead used small plywood pieces from a window seal. It was awful! When we moved out of the home, they charged us for this issue saying we applied it!! Are you serious?!?!? They are VERY unprofessional and do not document ANYTHING! We also had issues with our roof with tiles falling off during the storm season. They would always take forever sending someone out or they would 'forget'. Most of the times, we had to call them again days later. We had an issue with our pantry door, and again, Re/Max took forever sending a maintenance guy out to our house.  When we called them back, Dianne's assistant LIED and said she contacted the maintenance man and he had called us (which never happened).  I think she did it to save herself, but it was VERY unprofessional and super annoying!!  I would not trust these people or rent through them!!!  They do not have time for their renters!!
