Very badly. Not a recommended place to go at all.

I took in my laptop for virus removal.  I asked if they could do it in a week.  They said yes.  It took almost 3 weeks before I got a call.  The woman who works there is very rude to customers.  I turned it in on 11 March 2011 but the invoice said I turned it in 8 January.  SHE told me I left it last June and that it was in the scrap pile and I was lucky.  She tried to give me the wrong power cord.  I have a Dell computer and she tried to give me an HP cord that didnt fit.  I tried to power it up and it wouldnt go to the desktop.  I asked her if it was fixed and she said she didnt know and tried to take it from me to keep for the owner to look at.  I told her NO WAY would I leave it and would never be back.  I asked her when she said she called several times what number she called.   She said she called the one on the invoice and that a lady said I didnt live there.  That number is my cell phone!  I got 1 call from the man about 3to4 wks ago.  Bottom line, this is a small town and I think they believe it doesnt matter how you are treated because there is no other place to go.  I will never go back there if I have to drive 100 miles to get my stuff worked on.
